<p>Most of you visiting this site are probably in the process of preparing for the SE exam. However, <strong>some of you may have stumbled here because you are taking the <a href="http://ncees.org/exams/pe-exam/">PE exam</a> with &#8220;Civil-Structural&#8221; focus.</strong></p>

<p>In the article, I talked about &#8220;4 things&#8221; that you can do to reduce the amount of time you need to spent on studying. These are:</p>
<ul>
<li>A technique I call “Spec & Ref”.</li>
<li>Another technique I call “Tabs & Highlight” (you can probably guess what this means).</li>
<li>For the depth &#8211; know “nearly everything”.</li>
<li>But for the breadth &#8211; you only need to know “just enough”.</li>
</ul>
